WHAT IS THE BODY WRAP SYSTEM?
This is a healthy method of taking off inches and tightening skin in just one hour. It consists of wrapping the body with plastic film after Aloe-Herb Contouring Gel has been applied. It is perfectly safe, healthful, and very relaxing. Natural ingredients, no salt or chemicals used.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The Aloe-Herb Contouring Gel is warmed allowing the solution to penetrate deep into the fat deposits in the skin. The gel will penetrate the protein wall around the fat cell and allow the herbs in the solution to begin breaking down the bulky toxins into the lymph system. After the wrap we ask the client to drink water to flush out the broken down fat and toxins so they are Gone!! This is not a water loss, but definite inch loss!!
WILL MY INCH LOSS COME BACK?
Clients reducing on this program have kept off inches and pounds better and easier than any other weight loss system. You cannot continue eating larger portions than your normal dietary intake. Avoid alcohol, salty, surgery and oily foods, as these will keep the water you drink from flushing through the cells to cleanse your body of the unwanted toxins and fats.
WHAT ABOUT DIET AND EXERCISE?
We find dieting will soften the fact deposits so that the treatment will take off the inches faster. Exercise will firm and tone muscles, especially in the tummy area. Exercise will burn the fat from the body and increase body metabolism. For best health, everyone should exercise several hours each week.
HOW LONG DOES THE WRAP TAKE?
You should allow a total of one and a half hours. You will relax comfortably in the treatment bed.
HOW OFTEN CAN I BE WRAPPED?
We recommend once or twice a week so that if you are dieting you will have time to lose some weight between treatments. You can come as often as every (3) days. The advantage to this is that you will have a tendency to lose most of the inches from the problem areas first. This frequency creates a chain reaction of softening and removing the fat and toxins from your body and keeps the skin tight as your weight continues to decrease.
PREPARATION FOR BODY WRAP
* Shower with Contour Body Shampoo prior to arrival (if purchased previously)
*Body Shampoo: Should be purchased with series or (single)
treatment services to ensure dead skin cells have been slough off & pores cleansed deep to assist with pore bump and dirt removal. (CLICK HERE)
*Working out day of treatment: If you want to work out day of treatment work out before you come.*
* Do not shave legs! (DAY OF TREATMENT ONLY!)
* Shower avoid using oils or lotions after shower and before wrap treatment
*You will be @ apt 1 hr to 1 hr 15 min
*Eat day of treatment, not heavy, avoid consumption of food or beverage within one hour (1 hr) of wrap
* Eat or Drink something to help keep your blood sugar up!* (Health food choices can be found on-line.)
* Don't smoke within one hour of wrap
* Hair will need to be pull up neatly during treatment (bring tie) in bun or ponytail.
* Bring or wear undergarments or swimsuit (2) piece
* Slip on shoes if wearing; ensure no odor in shoes or feet
* Please bring socks., not to be in bare feet on floor
* Be ready to greet the new improved you!
* If you arrive earlier than 15 min before your apt time please wait
downstairs in the lobby in the atrium.
AFTER WRAP INSTRUCTIONS
THE DAY OF TREATMENT: DRINK (1-2 LITERS OF WATER); THAT IS = 4 BOTTLES OF WATER IN ONE LITER. NEXT TWO DAYS: Continue doing this for the next (2) days while treatment still working in Lymph Node System.
YOU MAY USE CREAMS OR LOTIONS: The moisturizing effect of the wrap will keep your skin silky smooth. Creams or lotions will further hydrate your skin.
TAKE ONLY LUKEWARM SHOWERS: To hold solutions in pores. After 3 days continue with warmer showers if desired.
AVOID SALT SUGAR, CAFFEINE, ALCOHOL, CARBONATED BEVERAGES AND FRIED FOODS: To minimize retoxification.
CONTINUE WITH REGULAR WORKOUTS to improve and stimulate circulation.
